Located in a bustling Milanese business district, the Affori Center project involved a complete renovation of three existing but vacant buildings. Throughout the design process particular attention was paid to minimizing the office complex's environmental impact. Through careful analysis of materials, optimization of façade geometry, and the creation of a full-height brise-soleil, energy efficiency was greatly increased, while the expansion outdoor green spaces added to the complex's aesthetic appeal. 

The Affori Center was awarded LEED Gold.
