POSITION:  Architectural Drafter

 

 

DUTIES:

• Prepare technical drawings for both conceptual and construction phases of residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare and comply with required paperwork and documents for submittals of architectural projects to plan review and other authorities as needed.

• Liaise with engineers and professional consultants to develop detailed plans for architectural projects.

• Draw structural features in compliance with standards and codes, address plan review comments, and make necessary updates.

• Engage with local communities and organize workshops to gather feedback for publicly funded community projects.

• Create 3D models to visualize architectural designs and present them to clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare documents for Request for Proposal/Qualification (RFP/RFQ) submittals.

RATE OF PAY: $ 96,138.00 per year (40 hours per week)

EDUCATION &

EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or closely related plus two year of work experience
