NESPRESSO BEVERLY HILLS

 

Located on Beverly Drive, this café and coffee boutique was designed to complement the area's busy street-life. In a region disparaged as slavishly oriented to the car, this is one of the few neighborhoods where the stroll is king. With this in mind, Goring & Straja's design team imagined a space where patrons could come to shop, meet one another, linger, and savor.

The challenge of this boutique was to synthesize an international brand with this distinct local spirit. The architectural stepping off point is Southern California’s strong foundation of regional modernism.
