NESPRESSO BOUTIQUE AND BAR

The Nespresso Boutique & Bar in San Francisco is Nespresso’s first flagship store on the West Coast. It is located in a historic commercial high rise building in the Union Square area. The project includes the build-out of a two-story retail space that includes a café, retail area, commercial kitchen, and support spaces. Construction included the partial removal of a concrete floor on the second level, which opened the space to invite natural light and street views into the storefront.

 

The project obtained a LEED CI Gold Certification in Retail.
